What Banking Crisis?
Join us tonight while we deep dive the Financial sector looking for trades to make a bunch of money
We’re more than half way through January and we’ve already seen some crazy action in the markets. Luckily for us we’ve done the work, found the setups, took the trades and have made the most out of this month. But we’re not done yet. Join us this Sunday night for our weekly strategy session where we will continue to fine tune our thesis, scan the market for trades, talk through setups and build trade ideas together. A couple of years ago a few regional banks kicked the bucket.
Pictures of people standing in line waiting to withdraw cash were everywhere and the next great financial crisis was seemingly here.
And while it made great headlines at the time, it certainly didn’t pan out.
As a matter of fact, the exact opposite happened.
A bunch of the biggest banking stocks in the United States decided they didn’t care about whatever banking crisis people were complaining about and instead went to all-time highs:

Morgan Stanley MS, Goldman Sachs GS, Citigroup C, Wells Fargo WFC
And when banks breaking out wasn’t enough, the attention shifted towards a supposed credit event.
I mean how the hell was the stock market going to continue upwards if the consumer was tapped out of credit?

American Express AXP, Visa V, Mastercard MA, Discover Financial DFS
Unless my eyes are deceiving me, that certainly looks like all-time highs coming in from the most important financial consumer services stocks as well.
See the problem isn’t that the scary guys screaming about a big bank crisis will be wrong forever.
Eventually they’re probably going to be right.
But for the last 2 years they’ve been wrong.
And unless you want to fight these uptrends, which have made a lot of money for people willing to own them, I’m betting they’re going to continue being wrong for a while.
There are so many good looking setups in the Financial sector right now that I want to talk through.. so I will.
We’ll look at big banks, little banks, insurance companies, FinTech, and more.
I look forward to seeing you tonight at 9PM EST! Let’s make the most out of it.
